Simple breakfast Ideas

After fasting for the night, I believe our first meal should be hearty, healthy, and delicious! Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day. Although I do enjoy food and eating at any time of day. Having a yummy breakfast always gets my day started positively which is super important to me. How can you go wrong with coffee and food! Coffee is a must, almost a routine at this point in my life. But anyways, enough chatting and more breakfast recipes!

 

Papaya yogurt bowl

What you’ll need:

  • One papaya
  • Coconut unsweetened yogurt
  • Granola (your preference)
  • Cinnamon
  • Local organic unpasteurized honey
  • Chia seeds

Directions:

  • Scrape out the papaya seeds
  • Put desired amount of yogurt in papaya
  • Add your favorite granola
  • Sprinkle some cinnamon
  • Drizzle honey
  • Add chia seeds

 

 Avocado toast

What you’ll need:

  • Sprouted toast (My preference is Food For Life Ezekiel toast)
  • Organic avocado
  • Organic eggs
  • Pepper
  • Himalayan salt
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds   

Directions:

  • Fry egg or however you take your eggs
  • Toast your toast
  • Open avocado and scrape out onto bread
  • Sprinkle pink salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
  • Put egg on top
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds



 

Loaded oats

What you’ll need:

  • Rolled oats
  • Almond butter
  • Almond milk
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Bananas or your choice of fruit
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon

Directions:

  • Place oatmeal and almond milk in a bowl and either microwave or cook on the stove top
  • Once it’s done cooking, add in your almond butter, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, Bananas
  • Sprinkle cinnamon
  • Drizzle honey
